This ensures that you are not laying out too much funding without making visible progress on your project and ensures that we are covering our costs for the work undertaken.
This method of staged payments is widely regarded as being the best means of protecting both the clients’ and the builders’ interests in a domestic project. We
would urge caution if you have alternative quotations that do not detail your payment schedule against the progress achieved on your project or indeed any contractors requiring large scale payments up front.
