13) Terms of Payment
Any goods or services purchased through or accessed through this site will be paid for in cash or by cheque, in advance if requested. All materials supplied will remain the property of Arc Construction Contractors Limited until full payment for them has been received, in the case of cheques this means when the cheque has been cleared through the issuing bank. Where credit terms are agreed, these will be not more than two calendar months from the provision of the goods or services. Any outstanding payments thereafter will incur a charge of two percent per calendar month on a cumulative basis.
